Feeding Guidelines

Feed as is, or reconstitute with 1/2 cup warm water per 1/2 cup food. Transition to freeze-dried slowly over 7 days. Always provide a source of clean, fresh water.

Guidelines are approximate and may vary, as every pet has different metabolic requirements. Moisture is an important part of your pet's diet. Make sure fresh water is always available.

Puppies and pregnant or lactating females: divide daily portions into 3–4 meals.

Adults and seniors: divide daily portions into 2 meals.

Transition feeding: To transition your pet to a raw freeze-dried diet, gradually reduce their current food by 1/4 and replace with 1/4 of the recommended freeze-dried portion. Crumble the nuggets over the current diet or feed separately. Gradually increase the freeze-dried portion and reduce the current diet over 7–10 days, or until the transition is complete.

Supplemental feeding: Haven can also be added to your pet's current diet as a source of bioavailable nutrients. Use it as a meal topper or substitute for one meal a day.

Feeding guidelines are based on your pet's weight, age, and activity level.
