Products returned must be in new condition with original packaging to be eligible for refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost except if the issue with the product was caused by us. Your refund will be issued on receipt of the product.
Kindly note that after 30 days, it is considered that you find the products satisfactory and up to standard.
In case of returns, 25% fee for restocking will be deducted.
