Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be new, unused, and in sellable condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    (Returns that arrive used, damaged, or missing packaging may be declined.)

How to Start a Return

Email CustomerCare@MyPetsPlus.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you’d like to return.

  • A brief reason for the return (photos appreciated if there’s an issue).

We’ll reply with simple return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., incorrect item shipped or item arrived damaged/defective).

  • If the issue is on us, we’ll cover return shipping.

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee is deducted from approved refunds.

  • If the problem was caused by us, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

After 30 Days

After 30 days from delivery, we consider the order accepted and returns are not available.
