Common questions
How do I skip or cancel a delivery?
Log into your account and head to the Subscriptions tab. From there you can skip a delivery, swap to a different size or flavor, change your shipping date, or cancel any time. No fees, no hassle.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged the day before each order ships. We email you a reminder a few days before, so you have time to skip or swap if you need to.
Which products are subscription-eligible?
Most of our food, treats, chews, and supplements offer Subscribe & Save. On any eligible product page you’ll see the option next to the regular “Add to cart” button.
Can I change the delivery frequency later?
Yes. From your account’s Subscriptions tab, you can adjust the frequency (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks) for any subscription at any time.
