  • How do I edit auto-ship?- Just login to you account and click View Subscriptions. This will allow you to change the view, change delivery, or cancel. It's just that easy.

  • How do I edit my account information?- Just login to your account. There you edit your payment options, address, and account settings.

  • How much do I need to order to qualify for free shipping?

    Just $59 dollars! Otherwise it’s $5.99 flat rate shipping to the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska are actual live shipping rates. We currently are unable to ship outside of the United States or to military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Can I change my order after it’s been placed?-Please e-mail customercare@mypetsplus.com immediately. We will do our best to add or do any changes before the product ships.

  • Do you have a return policy?

    Return any product for any reason thirty (30) days after the issue of a receipt for a full refund for the amount of the product. Shipping charges are not included. Any refund is issues back to the original method of payment.

  • How much for FREE shipping?

    Just $59 dollars! Otherwise it’s $5.99 flat rate shipping to the continental US. Hawaii and Alaska are actual live shipping rates. We currently are unable to ship outside of the United States or to military APO/FPO addresses. Some exceptions may apply. Note: Fedex does not deliver to Post Office boxes. Most of our pages over 10 pounds are shipped via Fedex.

  • How long does it take for my item to arrive after it’s been shipped?

    Typically we aim to have same shipping, but depending on when the carrier picks up (and also closes) it can be two business days Monday-Friday 9AM – 6PM, excluding holiday weekends.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    We offer expedited shipping for actual cost. Please contact customercare@mypetsplus.com for assistance.

  • How long does my order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping may be a few days and up to a week.

    Two day shipping excludes holidays and weekends.

    Overnight shipping is next business day.
